The Sunforge Longsword pairs a serious European dueling blade with some of the finest leatherwork we carry: warm amber-orange wraps and a scabbard covered edge to edge in hand-tooled floral carving. Built to perform, finished to be admired.

DESCRIPTION
Blade: The double-edged blade runs 92.3 cm (36.3") in resilient 60Si2Mn spring steel — a material prized for its flex recovery and lasting edge. Brightly polished and cleanly tapered to an acute point, it handles edge work and point work with equal conviction.
Guard: A straight bar of 304 stainless steel spans the hilt, each quillon capped with a polished sphere. The result is honest hand protection dressed in restrained knightly elegance.
Handle: Rich amber-orange leather covers the solid wood grip, filling the hand comfortably while setting up a glowing contrast against the cold silver of the blade.
Pommel: The hilt closes with a traditional disc pommel in bright stainless steel, tuning the sword's balance point and giving the whole piece a crisp, finished profile.
Scabbard: Here the Sunforge earns its reputation — amber leather tooled by hand with sprawling floral vines, shaded in gold and burgundy, hung on brass rings with a matching leather belt. Sheathe the blade and the artistry keeps working.
For collectors, reenactors, and students of the longsword who want steel that performs on the field and leather that dazzles, the Sunforge Longsword delivers both without compromise.
