Fuji Corp KFT shall be held blameless for any infraction of laws by the purchaser.

1. Shipping Timelines

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please note the following timeframes:

  • Order Fulfillment: 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Approximately 5–15 days depending on the product, customization, and your location.

If you feel your order is delayed past these stated timeframes, please contact us for a status update.

2. International Shipping & Customs

Customers are responsible for compliance with their local governmental regulations. Every country has different customs protocols, which could result in a delay in the arrival of your item.

You, as the customer, are responsible for paying ALL customs and import fees, including local taxes which are unassociated with Fuji Corp KFT.

Importing swords or edged weapons may be restricted or prohibited in some countries. If you are unsure about your local law, please consult your local law enforcement agency or customs office before purchasing.

Not satisfied with your purchase? We offer a 30-day return window.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund.
  • Please contact our support team to initiate a return request.

4. Restrictions & Prohibitions

We are not responsible legally or financially if your customs agency seizes an item. Below are countries with known restrictions:

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

We generate shipping labels based on the information provided at checkout. If you notice an error, inform us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we can correct it for free. If the item has already shipped, you must contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to our warehouse due to address errors, a resend fee will be invoiced.

6. Package Marked "Delivered" But Not Received

Sometimes couriers mark packages as delivered 1-2 days before actual arrival. Please wait one additional business day. We recommend contacting your local post office or courier hub immediately, as they can provide GPS coordinates of the delivery. If the issue remains unresolved after contacting the courier, please reach out to us.

7. Liability & Safety

Fuji Corp KFT does not warrant that a person may legally purchase or possess any specific items offered. By purchasing, the buyer warrants they are in compliance with all laws and legally able to purchase these items. Knives and swords are dangerous if improperly handled. Keep away from children.
