Shipping Policy

By placing an order online with medieval-sword.store (Fuji Corp KFT), the customer verifies that they are over 18 years of age and are aware of all local, state, and federal laws regarding the possession or carrying of the products they are ordering. Fuji Corp KFT shall be held blameless for any infraction of laws by the purchaser.

1. Shipping & Timelines

Free shipping to every country, with no minimum order. Please note the following timeframes:

• Order processing: 1–3 business days. Your order is hand-checked and packed at our partner workshop in Longquan, China, before it ships.
• Delivery time after shipping: 7 to 15 days, worldwide. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the workshop.

If you feel your order is delayed past these stated timeframes, please contact us for a status update.

2. International Shipping & Customs

Customers are responsible for compliance with their local governmental regulations. Every country has different customs protocols, which could result in a delay in the arrival of your item.

Duties and import fees are included. We pay all customs duties and import charges for you (DDP). You will never be asked to pay anything on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for a customs fee, do not pay it and contact us straight away at support@medieval-sword.store.

Importing swords or edged pieces may be restricted or prohibited in some countries. If you are unsure about your local law, please consult your local law enforcement agency or customs office before purchasing.

We ship free to every country, subject to the local import restrictions listed in section 4.

3. 30-Day Return Policy

Not satisfied with your purchase? We offer a 30-day return window.

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund.
• Please contact our support team to initiate a return request.

4. Restrictions & Prohibitions

Sword and knife laws vary by country, state and city. You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if that is higher) to order, and it is your responsibility to check that you may legally own the item where you live. The countries below are known to restrict or prohibit the import of swords and knives — if customs in your country refuses or seizes a parcel, contact us at support@medieval-sword.store and we will review your case.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

We generate shipping labels based on the information provided at checkout. If you notice an error, inform us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we can correct it for free. If the item has already shipped, you must contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to our warehouse due to address errors, a resend fee will be invoiced.

6. Package Marked "Delivered" But Not Received

Sometimes couriers mark packages as delivered 1-2 days before actual arrival. Please wait one additional business day. We recommend contacting your local post office or courier hub immediately, as they can provide GPS coordinates of the delivery. If the issue remains unresolved after contacting the courier, please reach out to us.

7. Liability & Safety

Fuji Corp KFT does not warrant that a person may legally purchase or possess any specific items offered. By purchasing, the buyer warrants they are in compliance with all laws and legally able to purchase these items. Knives and swords are dangerous if improperly handled. Keep away from children.
