Refund / Return Policy

At medieval-sword.store (Fuji Corp KFT), we stand behind the quality of our products. Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You must provide documentation/photos of the item’s condition and the reason for the return.
Note: As many of our items are handmade, it is normal to occasionally observe very minor aesthetic variations. If you have concerns regarding a specific detail, please email us clear photos for review.

2. Cancellations Before Shipment

Cancellation requests are only eligible before an item has been shipped. To avoid complications, please contact us immediately via email or phone if you wish to cancel an order. Once a tracking number has been generated or the item has left our facility, the standard return process applies.

3. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of business days (depending on your bank's processing times).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or banking institution; it may take several days before a refund is officially posted.
  3. If you have done this and still have not received your refund after 6 business days from our notice of approval, please contact us immediately.

4. Sale Items & Gifts

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items purchased on sale are final and cannot be refunded.
  • Gift Cards: These are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

5. Exchanges & Replacements

We only replace items if they are verified to be defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please contact our support team within the 30-day warranty window.

Please Note:

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Regarding Customs Seizures: Please refer to our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for items seized by your local customs agency due to import restrictions.
